Wrexham educators awarded grant to research bilingual education models in Canada!

A group of educators from Wrexham will be travelling to Canada on Wednesday following their successful bid for a Welsh Government Taith Pathway 2 grant. 

Taith is an international learning exchange programme established to create life-changing opportunities for people in Wales to learn, study and volunteer all over the world.

They seek to embed an international approach into every level of our education system.

The group from Wrexham will be visiting Montreal, Ottawa and New Brunswick to study their bilingual education models and to learn more about their French immersion programmes.   They aspire to learn new strategies and experience innovate ideas and practice that could be adopted over here in Wales.
